01SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Sattren is an automated stock pattern detection service delivered via Telegram bot.

What Sattren Does:

• •Automatically scans NYSE and NASDAQ stocks for technical chart patterns
• •Scans run once daily after market close (4:30 PM Eastern Time)
• •Sends Telegram alerts when patterns are detected on your watchlist stocks
• •Provides risk metrics including Value at Risk (VaR) and Monte Carlo simulations
• •Tracks pattern outcomes and sends follow-up notifications

How It Works:

• •You add stocks to your watchlist using the /add command
• •Our system automatically scans your stocks every trading day after market close
• •When a pattern is detected, you receive a Telegram alert with pattern details and risk analysis
• •After the holding period, we notify you whether the pattern played out as expected

Market Hours:

• •Scans occur after US market close (4:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday)
• •No scans on US market holidays (NYSE/NASDAQ holidays)
• •Alerts are sent within minutes after the scan completes

• •NASDAQ

Pattern Types:

• •Bullish patterns: Double Bottom, Bull Flag, Cup & Handle, Inverse Head & Shoulders, Falling Wedge, Ascending Channel, Doji, Hammer, Bullish Engulfing, Volume Breakout

Possible Service Interruptions:

• •Server maintenance (scheduled or emergency)
• •Technical failures or bugs
• •Third-party service outages (Telegram, data providers, hosting)

• •Software updates and deployments

Automated System Limitations:

By using Sattren, you agree that we are NOT liable for:

Missed Opportunities:

• •Alerts that were not delivered

Service Issues:

Third-Party Issues:

07ACCOUNT RULES

Your Account:

• •Your account is personal and non-transferable
• •You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure
• •You are responsible for all activity on your account

Prohibited Actions:

• •Sharing your premium subscription with others
• •Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
• •Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• •Using bots or automation to interact with our bot
• •Reselling or redistributing our alerts
• •Scraping or copying our data
• •Interfering with our servers or infrastructure
• •Using the service for illegal purposes

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

If your account is terminated for violation of these terms:

• •You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
• •You may not use our branding without permission

09CHANGES TO SERVICE

We may at any time:

• •Add or remove features
• •Change pricing (existing subscriptions honored until renewal)
• •Modify pattern detection algorithms
• •Change scan times or frequency
• •Update the bot interface
• •Discontinue the service

We will try to notify users of significant changes, but are not required to do so.

10CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.

When We Update:

• •We may notify users via the bot for significant changes
• •Continued use of Sattren after changes means you accept the new terms

If You Disagree:

• •Cancel your subscription
• •Your continued use constitutes acceptance
